1608 - The year when our family upgrades their social status!
Business is booming, and with the cash flow increasing, thanks to packed produce, I decide to upgrade the family status to middle bourgeois.

I decide the first owned shop will be a lighting and candle shop. The family net worth before the move was $97, 817 and Cash on Hand is $51, 369. I use the business perks for cash, and the family collects $83, 500, bringing the Net worth to $148, 443 and Cash on Hand to $134, 869.
I move the family to their new home business lot, but forget that it starts them off at the end of Summer, so they lose a year.
The toddlers grow up, but Blaine doesn't make it.
